The BardWay service and the website bardway.com belong to Evgeniy Igorevich Telegin (Телегин Евгений Игоревич) — an individual and a citizen of the Russian Federation, registered as self-employed under Russia’s professional income tax regime. Taxpayer identification number (INN): 623403231380.
He is also the operator of users’ personal data: he decides which data is processed and why, and is personally responsible for how it is processed and protected.

Where data is stored
The data of users, including users from other countries, is stored on servers in the Russian Federation — with the Russian hosting provider Beget in Moscow and Saint Petersburg — and is processed under Russian law. We do not transfer data outside Russia.
