Acceptance of Terms
By using the BardWay service (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. The BardWay team reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
The Service is intended for managing song catalogs, viewer requests and related stream automation. You may not use the Service to violate the law, to host illegal or abusive content, to infringe third-party intellectual property, or to collect or share other users' personal data without consent.
Account and Data
You agree to provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. The BardWay team may access content stored in the Service for operational and security purposes only.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the BardWay team, its partners and staff from any claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if we have reason to believe that the use violates applicable law, harms other users, or breaches these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The BardWay team does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Service will meet your expectations, and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
The total liability of the BardWay team to you for any reason is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the previous twelve months, and in any case shall not exceed the equivalent of 1,000 RUB.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located at the registered place of business of the BardWay team. Any claim must be filed within one year after the cause of action arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.

If you believe content hosted via the Service infringes your rights, please send a notice to info@bardway.com describing the infringement and confirming your rights. We will review the request in a reasonable timeframe and remove the disputed material if confirmed.
