What We Collect
When you authenticate via Twitch we receive your Twitch ID, username, public avatar and email (for contact and account recovery). While using the Service we store project settings, the song catalog, request history, bot commands and events, and operational metadata required for statistics and abuse prevention.
Purpose
Data is used for authentication, running the catalog and the queue, operating the bot on the channel, displaying statistics and contacting the project owner about support matters. We do not use your data for marketing communications and do not share it with third parties for that purpose.
Sharing with Third Parties
The Service relies on Twitch as the authentication provider and source of public channel events (subscriptions, chat). External payment processors may be connected for paid features; their own privacy policies apply additionally. We do not share data with other third parties except where required by law.
Retention
Account and project data is stored as long as the project is active. Once a project is deleted the associated data is removed within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain.
Your Rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent for processing. Send any such request to info@bardway.com — we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. Full security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Policy.
